The Charter Township of Clinton (hereinafter referred to as “The Township”) is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the removal and replacement of cedar shake roofing systems on four historic structures located at 40700 Romeo Plank Rd, Clinton Township, MI, collectively referred to as “The Historic Village.” This project includes work on the Moravian Hall Museum, Moravian Hall Outhouse, Log Cabin, and Log Cabin Water Well.

Project Overview

The Township seeks the complete removal and replacement of the existing roofing systems. This includes the responsible disposal of materials, and the installation of new composite cedar shake shingles, such as DaVinci Select Shake Roofing or an approved equivalent.
