Isabella County is soliciting proposals for the stripping and replacement of four (4) asphalt shingled roofs, and minor trim and siding replacement around two skylights. Ideally, the roofing contractor will provide leak-free, aesthetically pleasing roofs that are installed in a professional and timely manner and that meet all applicable codes and professional standards.

This meeting will be the only opportunity for prospective proposers to ask questions regarding proposals.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Responding agencies are required to submit one (1) copy of their proposal. The copy of the proposal should be bound or contained in a single volume. All documentation submitted with the proposal should be contained in that single volume. The proposal, whether mailed or hand delivered, must arrive at the County Administrator/Controller’s Office no later than 3pm, local time, on Friday, June 29, 2018. In addition, a PDF copy is to be emailed to Isabella County Parks and Recreation Director, Sue Ann Kopmeyer at sakopmeyer@isabellacounty.org (subject Herrick Roof Replacements).

The proposal is to be sent to the County Administrator/Controller’s Office at the address noted in Section 2.2, above. The envelope submitted should be clearly marked ISABELLA COUNTY HERRICK PARK ROOF REPLACEMENTS PROPOSAL and addressed to the attention of the County Administrator/Controller.
