Livingston County is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified and experienced vendors to provide as needed for Hazardous & Non-Hazardous Material Remediation services. These services may include investigation, remediation, encapsulation and/or abatement of mold, lead, asbestos, mercury, soil remediation of oil and/or gas contaminants or other environmental concerns. The award will be for a three (3) year contract which will include a provision for the County, at its discretion, to extend the contract for one (1) additional two-year period for a total contract period to not exceed five (5) years.
