INVITATION TO BID

GARDEN CITY DPW YARD CONCRETE PAVING

The project consists of the concrete paving of the Garden City DPW Yard located at 31800 Beechwood Avenue. The anticipated start date, weather permitting, is May 1, 2023 and completed by August 1, 2023.

SEALED BIDS will be accepted at the Office of the City Clerk, 6000 Middlebelt, Garden
City, MI 48135. Bid must be clearly labeled “GARDEN CITY DPW YARD CONCRETE PAVING”

Two (2) copies of the bid proposals shall be submitted to:

Deadline: 2:00pm (est) on Tuesday, February 7, 2023.
Bids shall be publicly opened and read.

The deadline for Request for Information (RFI) is Thursday, February 2, 2023, 10 a.m. EST.

The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of bid opened.
The OWNER and ENGINEER will further assess the bids based on the following criteria.
