Please be advised that the work under this contract will include all work within the “permanent maintenance easement” locations shown on the plans. The work within the Fisher Road right-of-way and within the permanent access easement is included in a project that is being bid by MDOT at their March 2, 2018 bid opening (item No. 042). All bidders submitting bids for this project are strongly encouraged to bid the MDOT project also.
