Ottawa County is soliciting proposals from interested vendors who can provide comprehensive brownfield site assessment services, including but not limited to: Phase I, Phase II, and Baseline Environmental Assessments, as well as Due Care and Compliance Reports and Brownfield Plans. The successful vendor must have prior experience in managing Community Wide Brownfield Assessment grants from the United State Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), including developing Quality Assurance Project Plans, adherence to All Appropriate Inquiries guidelines and numerous other federal, state, and local regulatory requirements as they relate to brownfield redevelopment.
