The City of East Lansing is requesting qualified civil engineering consultants to submit proposals for performing survey, design, and construction inspection services for the Hagadorn Road Rehabilitation project. The project is currently programmed in the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) to receive Surface Transportation – Urban funding and local agency funding to rehabilitate Hagadorn Road between the Red Cedar River bridge and Burcham Drive, a project length of approximately .837 miles. The rehabilitation work will include roadway resurfacing and a road lane conversion from 4 lanes to 3 lanes + 2 bike lanes. The scope of work includes completing a topographic survey of existing conditions, drainage structure evaluations, design, preparing final plans, specifications, engineering estimate, coordination with MDOT, office tech administration, construction inspection of the project, and record drawings upon project completion.
