Description

Sealed bids will be received at the Livonia City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan 48154 until 2:00 p.m. on DECEMBER 17, 2019 at which time the RFB’s will be secured by the City Clerk. Each bid shall be recorded together with the name of the vendor. Bids shall be in accordance with the requirements of this notice in order to be deemed “responsive.” Late bids will not be considered.

FIRMS MUST PROVIDING PRICING ON EXCEL SPREADSHEET BID FORM PROVIDED WITH NO EXEPTIONS. HARD COPIES OF THE BID FORM AS WELL AS A FLASH DRIVE COPY IN EXCEL FORMAT SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR SEALED BID. FLASH DRIVES SHALL BE LABELED WITH COMPANY NAME OF THE VENDOR.

There will be a walk through held at 9:00 am on December 11, 2019. The walk through will be begin at the Bennett Library located at 32777 West Five Mile, Livonia, MI 48150 Vendors who plan to attend should assemble in the Atrium of the Library. A representative from the Department of Public Works will be on hand to facilitate the walk through and address any questions. If necessary, an addendum will be issued to provide clarifications resulting from the walk through.
