Sealed proposals to provide Cross Connection Control Management Services will be received by the City of Royal Oak until 10:00 A.M. on August 9, 2018, at which time they will be publicly opened and read at the Royal Oak City offices room 309, located at 211 S Williams Street, Royal Oak, MI 48067.
Any and all proposals must be on the City of Royal Oak proposal forms and must be delivered to the City of Royal Oak, 211 S Williams Street, Royal Oak, MI 48068 Attention: Finance Department, Room 301. If more than one proposal is submitted, a separate proposal form must be used for each. The proposal shall be legibly prepared in ink or typed. Erasures or alterations must be initialed by the bidder. Forms are obtainable at the City of Royal Oak’s finance department or on the MITN (Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network) website at www.mitn.info.
