SOQ-W-9714 - Civic Center-South Architectural/Engineering Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Warren is seeking sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified architectural/engineering firms for the construction of the Civic Center-South project, which will consist of the following new facilities (Maybelle Burnette Branch Library, Around The Clock Active Mini Police Station, City Hall Annex, Outdoor Play Area Accesible to Special Needs Individuals, and Adequate Parking).  Only those firms attending the SOQ-W-9714 Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting to be held on October 31, 2017 are eligible to participate in the SOQ process. The SOQ process is the first of a two-step process for this project. The second step will be the Request For Proposal Process, which will be open to those selected from the SOQ process.
