The project consists of all necessary material and labor to construct a new 6,101 S.F. one-story DPW Building along with modifications and additions to the existing DPW garages, salt storage shed and construction of a new gas tank/canopy structure by others. Site work includes phased demolition of existing buildings, new asphalt paving, concrete walks, landscaping, irrigation, gates, lighting and underground utilities and underground gas tanks by others.
