The City of Port Huron has contracted with The Dailey Company, 179 Northpointe Drive, Lake Orion, MI 48359, to provide Construction Management services as described herein:
Renovation of Fire Station No. 3 located at 1914 Sanborn Street, Port Huron, MI. Scope of work includes (1) Renovations to living quarters, bathrooms, dormitories, and office space to accommodate an increase in personnel; (2) Replacement of HVAC systems; (3) Repairs and upgrades to apparatus bay; (4) Upgrades to vehicle exhaust system; (5) Replacement roof; and (6) Repairs to exterior building cladding.
