This comprehensive approach will not only support the city’s diverse population but also help in creating an inclusive, engaged, and equitable community. In today’s increasingly diverse and globalized society, effective communication is essential to fostering an inclusive, engaged, and well-informed community. Cities are home to residents from various cultural and linguistic backgrounds, each with unique needs and perspectives. The City-Wide Translation Services project was developed to bridge language barriers, ensuring that all residents, regardless of their primary language, have access to essential information, city services, and community programs. The importance of these services cannot be overstated. Clear communication is a foundational pillar of civic engagement, public safety, and equitable access to resources.
