The City will hold a pre-qualification proposal meeting for interested firms on Wednesday May 19, 2021 at 11 A.M. via Zoom.
Be advised that the project on which the selected firm or firms will work is in the conceptual stage and at the request of the developer / property owner and the City, details are to remain confidential.
Participation in this pre-qualification proposal meeting is conditioned upon agreeing to the terms of the attached Confidentially Agreement. (See Exhibit A)
Complete and sign the attached agreement and email to:
shpurchasing@sterling–heights.net.
Signed Confidentiality Agreements must be completed, signed and returned to the Purchasing Department via email by 9 AM on Wednesday May 19, 2021 to receive the Zoom access code for the 11 AM meeting.
A response email will be sent with the Zoom access code for this pre-qualification proposal meeting.
