2022-15 - Chestnut Street Water Main Improvements

The City of Cadillac is inviting bids for Chestnut Street Water Main Improvements. Project will include watermain and manhole installation. Contract documents and detailed specifications may be obtained from the office of the project engineer:  Prein & Newhof, 100 E. Chapin Street, Suite A, Cadillac, MI 49601; (231) 468-3456 at a nonrefundable cost of $30.00 per set of plans.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Director of Finance, Municipal Complex, 200 N. Lake Street, Cadillac, Michigan 49601 and clearly marked “CHESTNUT STREET WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS” by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened in the council chambers of the Cadillac Municipal Complex.
