Vendors will be held to have examined the site to determine the conditions under which they will be expected to perform and to conduct their own field measurements. No additional charges will be allowed for failure to inspect. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 9, 2024, at 11:00 AM local time at Fire Station 1. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory for any company wanting to submit a bid.
