This project consists of work in the jurisdiction of the Macomb HOME Consortium which includes:
• Clinton Township;
• Sterling Heights;
• Roseville; and
• County of Macomb (including Armada Township, Armada Village, Bruce Township, Centerline, Chesterfield Township, Eastpointe, Fraser, Harrison Township, Lenox Township, Macomb Township, Memphis, Mount Clemens, New Baltimore, New Haven Village, Ray Township, Richmond, Richmond Township, Romeo, Shelby Township, Utica, and Washington Township).
Proposal Description: The Macomb HOME Consortium (MHC), seeks proposals from qualified and capable Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDO’s), to develop affordable housing that meets the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) program.
