2024-03-18 - 2024 City of Grosse Pointe Farms Fireworks Display

Proposals will be received electronically by Derrick Kozicki, Assistant City Manager/Clerk at dkozicki@grossepointefarms.org until EXACTLY 1:00 P.M. Local Time April 8, 2024, at which time the names of submitting proposers will be publicly read and documented.
Proposals will be reviewed by the City and the winning proposal vendor applicant will be notified upon approval by the City by no later than May 14, 2024. Winning proposal vendor chosen must attend pre-event planning meeting with Grosse Pointe Farms Officials, at a date to be announced later and secure all necessary safety inspections, required permits, licenses and insurances related to the fireworks display-subject to review of the City Attorney.
All proposals must be submitted via email and the subject line should read “RFP – FIREWORKS DISPLAY”.
It is important that you read all of the information to ensure you submit your proposal response to the City in the correct manner. Please ensure all documents are signed. If you are interested in providing a proposal, please read the document above in its entirety and submit the requested information with all proper forms attached.
