Description

The City of Novi is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 2024-2025 Neighborhood Road Program - Concrete. This project consists of the removal and replacement of various concrete neighborhood roads throughout the City of Novi in 2024 and 2025. The work will also include excavation and replacement of aggregate base course, placement of underdrain, adjustment of catch basins, and ADA sidewalk work.
