Description

1. City anticipates planting of up to 20 street trees each year for a total of 40 trees over a two year contract period (2020 & 2021).

2. Bidders are expected to hold their unit pricing for the 2020 & 2021 tree planting order from the City of Dexter.
3. Bid price shall include supply of trees, installation, soil treatments and/or amendment, as specified herein.
4. Contractor shall provide a one-year warranty on all trees.
5. The City of Dexter will place an order by April 1st for spring planting and by August 1st for fall planting.

The City of Dexter will receive sealed bids for 2020 & 2021 Street Tree Planting until noon on Friday, December 13, 2019 at the Dexter City Offices, 8123 Main St., 2nd Floor of PNC Bank, Dexter, MI 48130, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked on the outside with the bidder's name and address, and clearly stating "Bid for 2020 & 2021 Street Tree Planting - City of Dexter". Bids must be submitted on the forms provided.
