The City of Owosso is accepting bids for HMA pavement reconstruction and/or resurfacing, including sidewalk, curb and gutter, storm sewer and water main construction at various locations within the city of Owosso and related work items (per proposal specifications) in the 2018 Street Program - Contract 2. Proposal guarantee of the bidders under consideration will be returned after approval of the contract by the City of Owosso. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of lthe contract. Contract documents and plans may be obtained at the office of the Bid Coordinator, 301 W. Main Street, Owosso, MI 48867 in accordance with the city's FOIA Policy or on the MITN website. The City of Owosso reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any irregularities in any proposal in the interest of the city.
