The School District of the City of Pontiac will receive sealed bid proposals until 2:00 p.m., on January 27, 2022, for the following bid package: "Asbestos Abatement at Pontiac High School and Whitman Elementary School”. Bidding documents may be obtained after January 13, 2021, from Nova Environmental, Inc., 5300 Plymouth Rd., Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48105, Tel. 734.930.0995, and at the pre-bid examination. A mandatory pre-bid examination of the buildings will be held at 2:30 p.m. on January 13, 2022, at Pontiac High School, 1051 Arlene Ave, Pontiac, Michigan, 48340. Meet at the main entrance – door 1. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond by a T-listed bonding company licensed to do business in the State of Michigan, Cashier’s Check, or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the bid amount shall be submitted with the bid proposal. Performance and Labor and Material Bonds will be provided upon award. Familial and Iran Statements must be submitted with bid proposal. Bids shall remain firm for acceptance for a period of 60 days. The School District of the City of Pontiac reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids.
