Cost Schedule C Note: Captures the basic services we'd need and shows cost as both an enterprise agreement and on a per test basis. During the pre-bid meeting we can explain the reasoning to the vendors. It really boils down to projected costs based on previous test volume, future business needs, and allotted budget.

After proposals have been reviewed, qualified vendors may be contacted to schedule a demonstation to an OU decision committee.
