00040 - RFP Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Platform

Oakland University is searching for an enterprise solution that serves as a centralized ITSM service to replace the existing Footprints Tickets system. This system will support University Technology Services (UTS)  and other departments at OU as necessary.  . The desired solution will provide the ability for campus users to submit a request through a web portal, track their request, receive notifications as required, and allocate any incurred costs to the proper cost center. We are looking for a robust all in one system to incorporate a ticketing system to provide asset management, project management, and forms and possibly look into event management and service level management.
