Description

Oakland Schools is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for experienced law firms to provide a complete range of legal services. The law firm(s) selected will be knowledgeable and experienced in school law. However, if a law firm is interested in providing specialized legal services, Oakland Schools may accept a proposal that only includes some legal services needed by the district.
We understand that there are many details within each component to discuss; however, this RFQ will
provide a good starting point for further discussions. Qualifications will be accepted until Tuesday, April 11th, 2023, by 2:00 p.m. EST.
