Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals will be received by the Office of the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner, Oakland County, Michigan, Building 95 West, One Public Works Drive, Waterford, Michigan 48328-1907 (“Owner”) for the construction of certain facilities and structures, including the following approximate quantities:
1. 35-foot long mechanical bar screen and washer/compactor equipment, requiring bypass pumping for installation. 2. Fiberglass reinforced plastic influent channel, beams, and supports. 3. Grit classifier equipment, controls, and appurtenances. 4. New metal stairs and platform, with foundation. 5. 3,700 sq ft standing seam metal roof replacement. 6. Steel frame and block building modifications. 7. Overhead coiling door, and FRP swing doors. 8. Pad-mounted heating/ventilating unit, SS ductwork, exhaust fans, unit heaters, and appurtenances. 9. Process piping, valves, floor drain piping, and appurtenances. 10. Electrical security gate and fencing. 11. Electrical, instrumentation, and controls. 12. Modifications for three sanitary manholes. 13. Asphalt pavement patching, and concrete sidewalk and pads. 14. Site grading and landscaping.
