This RFP is seeking to provide the Water Resource Commission (WRC) of Oakland County, MI with support, maintenance/licensing, and consulting services for the PowerPlan Asset Investment Optimization (AIO) application for a period of five (5) years. The current contract expires on 4/30/2024 and will be replaced by a new software maintenance contract for PowerPlan’s Asset Investment suite of software modules, including Visual Leveler, Asset Decision Support, and Asset Investment Planning. The new contract will also specify consulting services rates to advise the WRC on the use of the PowerPlan Asset Investment suite of software modules.
