Summary of Specifications:
The Water Resources Commissioner’s (WRC) Office in Oakland County, Michigan is in the process of evaluating Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software to replace their aging Human Machine Interface (HMI) software. The goal of this project is to leverage the latest open industry standards and software technologies to provide a toolset for plant operations and management staff to effectively manage the large array of facilities within their system. Vendors are invited to participate in a qualitative selection process to be the exclusive software supplier for the anticipated upgrade.
