Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing Division is accepting bids for a contract for “as needed” roofing repairs and maintenance as described below.
Services will be coordinated with Facilities Maintenance and Operations, Facilities Planning & Engineering, Water Resources Commissioner’s Office and Parks and Recreation as needed.
SCOPE OF CONTRACTOR’S SERVICES
Supply all labor, materials, incidentals and means of work to provide inspection and roof repairs to single ply membrane roof systems, built-up roof systems, and high slope roof systems.
Single ply membrane roofing systems consist of both Firestone and Trocal brand single ply roof systems and contractor must be certified by the manufacturer as an installer and warranty agent for these roof systems.
All work shall be performed in a professional manner and shall be consistent with the practices of the trade.
The contractor shall be responsible for any permits and inspections.
All labor and materials shall be in accordance with applicable building, safety, and fire codes.
All work shall be performed on a time and materials basis.
