Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing is issuing this SEALED Request for Proposal (RFP) to interested and qualified vendors who can provide representation and advocacy at the Federal level on behalf of Oakland County. This may include, but is not limited to, members of congress and their staffs, congressional committees, executive departments, and private sector parties. Activities may include, but are not limited to, drafting legislative language, arranging and attending relevant hearings and meetings, collecting and analyzing relevant documents, and devising a legislative strategy best suited to the needs of Oakland County.
