001639 - Public Sector E-Learning RFP

Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing in conjunction with the Oakland County Human Resources Training and Development Unit is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) requesting sealed proposals from interested vendor(s) specializing in public sector e-Learning software. Through a current three (3) year contract, the County administers a vendor-hosted, computer-based training program offering 81 business skills courses to approximately 4,000 part and full-time staff of Oakland County, as well as employees of local municipalities within Oakland County. The County wishes to continue providing a computer-based training program which provides course curricula in support of three competency models (see Appendix A) and standard software applications (see Appendix B).
