Description

The Oakland County Procurement Division, on behalf of the Oakland County Department of Public Communication, is requesting proposals for comprehensive printing services. The purpose of this competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) is to promote and ensure the fairest, most efficient means to obtain the best value to Oakland County, which shall be assessed in accordance with the established evaluation criteria outlined in this RFP. This contract will be available to all Oakland County Departments on an as needed basis.

This Pre-Bid Conference will allow Vendors / Suppliers to meet the Buyer and Representatives from the Oakland County Public Communications Division. Vendors will have the opportunity to view actual annual publications, directories, booklets, and other printed materials that the County routinely will request. The Suppliers will be able to ask questions and to present material for sample if they so choose.

Questions are to be submitted online on the BidNet Direct website by July 10, 2025, 4:00pm EST. The answers to any questions received will be answered via posted Addendum on July 15, 2025, by 4:00pm EST.
Proposals are due on July 30, 2025 at 12:00pm EST. Proposal must be submitted online to MITN/BidNet Direct. No exceptions, late responses will not be accepted. Emailed, faxed, hand delivered, courier delivered, or mailed bid responses will not be accepted under any circumstance.

*** It is reccommended that Bidders not wait until the last hour or minute to submit their bid response, as one may experience technical issues. Experiencing technical issues will not be an exception to accept any late bids.
