Summary of Specifications:
1. Provide support and maintenance services on the Polycom Video Equipment. See Appendix “B” for the Polycom Hardware Inventory List and Pricing Sheet.

2. Please describe, in detail, how the support and maintenance would be affected should any hardware go to EOL status during the life of this agreement. If you offer other support/maintenance models the County will accept these as alternate bids.

3. Respondent will provide next day delivery of hardware to replace any defective piece of hardware.

4. Any defective piece of hardware shall be replaced at no charge to Oakland County.

5. Respondent will be responsible for all shipping charges.
