Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing Division is requesting bids on behalf of Oakland County Animal Control for a blanket purchase order to include the items listed below. Effective dates of the blanket order will be October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010.

Items will be ordered on as "as needed" basis. Bids must be received in the Purchasing Division Office not by August 27, 2009 at 11:45 PM. NO LATE OR MIS-DELIVERED BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Vendors should send catalog or list of items available. Orders will likely be on a weekly basis.

Vendors should indicate if pricing is available on a percentage off list price
