Replace approximately 19,100 sq ft of existing asphalt shingle roofing systems at Addison Oaks Beach Concession, Addison Oaks Section C Restrooms, Groveland Oaks Beach Concession Bldg., and Groveland Oaks Section A Restrooms with new, GAF, Timberline, 30-year, Architectural asphalt shingle roofing system, Weathered Wood color 

Replace approximately 1,900 sq ft of existing wood cedar shake shingles at Springfield Oaks Davis House with new, GAF, Timberline, 30-year, Architectural asphalt shingle roofing system, Weathered Wood color. 

Provide a thirty (30) year roofing manufacturer’s warranty and a five (5) year contractor’s guarantee for all systems.
