Summary of Specifications:
The Oakland County Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Oakland County Parks and Recreations Department is issuing a SEALED bid for a blanket contract for printing various items for the Parks as specified below.
REQUIREMENTS
On all items: Maximum carton weight = 40 lbs. Maximum overruns 10%.
Delivery to rear of Building 97 West location (no loading dock). Address 2800 Watkins Lake Road, Waterford, MI. Notify Mary Zednik prior to delivery and check in at Administration office before unloading. Driver to assist with putting brochures in storage room.
Except as noted, please bid quantities of 3M, 5M, 10M and exact reprint within 12 months’ time. Item #4 instead bid 50M and 75M quantity.
Turnaround time must be 2 weeks (or better) from receipt of art.
Printers can view samples at the Purchasing Division located at 2100 Pontiac Lake Rd. Bldg. 41 West; Waterford, MI 48328.

(1) Equipment list (2) Number of full time employees (3) Three references (4) 4-color samples (preferably similar to sample pieces at purchasing) (5) Paper swatches required if bidding alternate stock
