Summary of Specifications:
The County of Oakland is seeking proposals for Third Party Administrator (TPA) services related to the administration of Oakland County's Self-Insured Workers' Compensation program.

The successful respondent will provide Workers’ Compensation third party administration and claims services to Oakland County’s approximate workforce of 5,318 full time, part time and seasonal employees. All claims shall be handled to conclusion (life of claim) within the fee paid.
