Summary of Specifications:
Provide preventative maintenance (every 6 weeks) and emergency repairs (within 24 hours with a 2 hour confirmation of the service call) on the equipment listed below. Yearly cost includes all parts, labor, materials and incidentals. This shall include chamber cleaning, all replacement parts, excluding lamps.
