Vendors must: 

1. Advise if online ordering is available? If yes, will the quoted prices be shown on line were a contract issued? 

2. Quote FOB destination, prices to include shipping/handling. 

3. Quote any additional charges (ie. fuel and haz charges). 

4. Note volumes are note provided. However, an estimated $80,000.00 is spent on lab supplies annualy by the various departments. 

5. Provide manufacturer name and part number for each item quoted. 

6. Note current supplier name is noted under "Mfg Name," the supplier p/n is noted in the description/specs.
