Summary of Specifications:
The Oakland County Purchasing Unit on behalf of Oakland County Department of Health and Human Services (OCDHHS) is soliciting proposals from prospective vendors who have the expertise, and are interested in providing specialized residential, day student, work education, supervised independent living, independent living, Re-entry services or other specialized programming for court ordered children and adolescents who are residents or wards of Oakland County. The selected vendor(s) will provide services by entering into a professional service contract with Oakland County for an initial period of one (1) to three (3) years with the potential option to renew for up to five (5) years.
