Summary of Specifications:
The Oakland County Purchasing Division is seeking proposals from a qualified individual or firm to establish a contract to provide pharmacy services for the inmates committed to the Oakland County Jail located at 1201 N. Telegraph Rd. Building 10 East, Pontiac, MI 48341 (main jail) and its satellites. This includes but is not limited to the Main Jail, the Annex, the Franklin Greenan Detention Facility, the Trusty Camp, the Boot Camp, and Work Release. The selected Contractor shall provide the services as described below in compliance with all applicable State and Federal Laws, and National Commission on Correctional Health Care standards for health care in jails. Approximately 2,000 orders are currently processed per month, valued at approximately $45,000.00-$75,000.00 monthly.
