Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing is issuing this RFP on behalf of the Southfield Police Department for the purchase of a fully equipped prisoner transport van utilizing a standard Ford Chassis. The van chassis must be 2010 or 2009 Model Ford e-250 XL Econoline Van, EQUAL or better. The County is seeking a full turnkey solution for the van and all the components needed to make it fully functional. Interested vendors must submit vehicle specifications, literature, all prisoner van components, drawings, and any available options not included in the base prisoner van package.
