Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing is requesting proposals on behalf of Facilities Maintenance & Operations (FM&O) for hoist and gas pump inspection, testing, maintenance and repairs as specified below. Scope of Services Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, and services for maintenance and testing of the equipment listed below. All work shall be performed in a professional manner and shall be consistent with the practices of the trade. The contractor shall be responsible for any permits and inspections and will contact Oakland County when applicable.
