Oakland County Purchasing is issuing this Request For Proposal (RFP) to obtain SEALED BID responses of proposals for a comprehensive analysis of the Health Division’s CLIA Certified Laboratory located at: 1200 N. Telegraph, Building 32E, Room 209, Pontiac, Michigan AND a smaller lab located at: 27725 Greenfield Rd., Southfield, Michigan 48076. Recommendations should be made in all aspects of laboratory operations including current limitations, capabilities, opportunities to increase revenue, optimal staffing, physical space layout and evaluation of technology and equipment.
