Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing on behalf of Oakland County Human Resources is requesting proposals for a lean analysis. Oakland County and the selected vendor will enter into a professional services contract for the duration of the project.

Oakland County Michigan is a large county government employer with over 4,500 full and part-time employees located in Southeast Michigan. The County provides services through the Probate Court for Decedent Wills & Estates, Trusts, Guardianships/Conservatorships and Mental Health. The Human Resources Department in partnership with the Probate Court is seeking a LEAN consultant to review the workflow processes within the Probate Court Register’s Office and make recommendations for efficiencies. The Human Resources Department may use this contract for other LEAN initiatives
