Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing at the request of the Oakland County Information Technology Department are issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to supply and maintain the following HP equipment. The vendor selected will enter into a one year maintenance contract with Oakland County and be expected to sign Oakland County’s standard maintenance agreement and provide the proper insurance. A web link to the sample contract is supplied with the solicitation document which is part of this bid.

Vendors submitting proposals need to be HP certified and trained to supply hardware and maintenance support services on the proposed equipment.
