Description

The Oakland County Purchasing Division on behalf of the Oakland County Sheriff's Office (OCSO) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional services in developing grant applications and managing grant awards for both the Paul Coverdell Forensic Science Improvement Program (Coverdell), and the DNA Capacity Enhancement, and Backlog Reduction Program (CEBR). Both grants are administered by the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA). In addition, consultants should provide information on their willingness to investigate other lab grant programs applicable to OCSO, with the understanding the professional services of the contractor will extend to the management of any new labl grant awards. The award period for this professional service contract will be for one-year, with options to extend for up to four additional one-year terms.
