Summary of Specifications:
Contractor shall provide parts, accessories, and service for Noble, Advance, Tornado, Castex, Clarke, PRO TEAM and Windsor Floor Machines.
Contractor shall provide 3 (three) copies of the parts price lists for each brand upon award of contract.
Contractor will be required to pick up equipment for repair within twenty-four (24) hours of notification from a county representative that the machine needs to be repaired unless other arrangements are made with authorized County staff.
Contractor shall repair and return machines within seven (7) business days from the time they were picked up. If this cannot be done, Contractor will notify building Supervisors in writing via e-mail within this seven (7) day period with the date that the machine will be returned.
Contractor shall maintain an inventory of repair parts to expedite repairs and allow County staff to purchase parts as needed.
Contractor to establish and maintain a service record for all machines for at least seven (7) years and provide this information to the county representative upon request.
Constructor to provide a list of their repair personnel with contact information so that county staff can call them if they have questions.
Contractor to provide support such as training on care and maintenance of all equipment to County staff if requested.
Contractor will provide a loaner machine of equal or better value at no charge if a machine requires in-shop repair.
The County does not pay travel time, trip charges, service call charge or mileage.
