002821 - Fleet Printer Maintenance RFQ

Summary of Specifications:
Oakland County Purchasing at the request of the Oakland County Information Technology Department is soliciting pricing from vendors for the printers described in Exhibit I. The successful respondent will be award a standard one year maintenance contract. The standard contact with insurance requirements can be viewed by using the link supplied in the 002821 SOL Solicitation document. Because of the mix of printers Oakland County is asking pricing for, this RFQ could result in multiple contracts being awarded. Vendor responses will NOT be eliminated from evaluation if pricing is not submitted for all printers contained in Exhibit I. We are asking for a reference list of vendor customers, who have contracted for maintenance on the devices pricing has been submitted for.
