Oakland County Purchasing on behalf of the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner (WRC) is soliciting SEALED bids for liquid ferric chloride (FeCL3) solution to be used for phosphorus removal, Superfloc SD2071 (Polymer) to be used as a coagulant at the Commerce Township Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) located at 649 Welch Road, Commerce Township, MI 48390 and ferrous chloride (FeCL2) solution to be used for phosphorus removal at the Pontiac WWTP (Auburn Plant and East Blvd. Plant) located at 155 N.
